This policy explains what this website collects, why, and what happens to it. It covers solvenhq.com and the intake form on it. It is written to describe what the site actually does — nothing more.

What we collect

• Information you type into the “Start a build” form: your name, work email, company, role, optional phone or WhatsApp number, preferred contact method, and your answers about the process you want to improve.
• Basic technical information required to operate the site securely, including your IP address, which is used briefly to rate-limit form submissions and prevent abuse.
• Aggregated, privacy-friendly usage measurements collected by Vercel Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights — page views, referrers, device class and performance timings. These are collected without advertising cookies and are not used to build a profile of you.

Why we use it

• To read and respond to your request, and to hold the conversation that follows.
• To send you a confirmation email with a reference for your submission.
• To understand which pages are used, so the site can be improved.
• To protect the form against automated abuse.

Who processes it

We use a small number of processors to run this site and handle your request: Vercel (hosting and analytics) and Resend (transactional email delivery). They process your information only to provide those services to us.

How long we keep it

Enquiry emails are retained in our mailbox for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and any engagement that follows. Rate-limiting records are transient and are discarded automatically. Analytics measurements are aggregated and are not linked back to you.

What we never do

• We do not sell your information.
• We do not send marketing email you did not ask for.
• We do not include the content of your form answers in analytics events.

Your choices
