These terms apply to your use of solvenhq.com. They do not govern any engagement between Solven and a client — that is covered by a separate written agreement signed by both parties.

Using this site

You may read, reference and share this site. You may not attempt to disrupt it, submit automated or fraudulent requests through the intake form, or misrepresent your identity when contacting us.

The systems shown here

The systems described under “Systems” are Solven’s own demonstration builds. They illustrate how we approach routing, reporting, control and human oversight. They are not client case studies, and nothing on this site should be read as a claim about results achieved for a named client.

No warranty on information

The content here is provided for information. We keep it accurate and current, but it does not constitute advice for your specific operation, and a system described here may differ from what would be right for you. Any specific commitment we make will be in a signed agreement.

Submitting a request

Submitting the intake form does not create a contract or oblige either party to proceed. We aim to respond to every request within 24 hours. Please do not send confidential material through the form; wait until we have agreed how to handle it.

Intellectual property

The Solven name, mark, wordmark, written content and interface visuals on this site belong to Solven. Third-party product names and marks shown in the integrations section belong to their respective owners and are used only to indicate compatibility.

Links to other sites

This site links to a third-party scheduling tool for booking calls. We are not responsible for the content or practices of sites we link to.

Changes

We may update these terms. The revision date at the top of this page always reflects the current version.
